Smart Assess (e-learning and web application developers)

Team Cooper’s relationship with Smart Assess goes back to 2007, when Team Cooper was just freelance Flash developer Tim. We work on their RealSmart product (a suite of interactive learning tools) as well as helping them on Flash development projects for their own clients. We’ve even visited their clients with them to help communicate the technical side of things – something we’re more than happy to do for you.
