The Sheffield Air Map (SAM)
is the first of its kind, and has been created in line
with Government recommendations on air quality. It has
been designed to increase awareness of how we can tackle
air quality issues by providing, in real-time, dynamic
data information on Air Action Zones around the City.
The purpose of SAM is to co-ordinate
and promote activities taking place across Sheffield
that contribute to better air quality and environmental
efficiency.
