We have the technology

The exact recipes for success we use in our Flash development factory are a closely guarded secret. But some of the ingredients include Flash (AS2 and AS3), PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, XHTML, XML and SVN. Then we add our own magic, writing our code using best practice, object-orientated programming methodologies and design patterns. And some biscuits.

Stronger. Smarter. Faster.

While Team Cooper have much love for the Flash platform, we prefer to carry out our development using Eclipse, with the FDT 3 plug-in. That way, our coding is tidier, easier to maintain and debug, and it’s faster. We don’t completely abandon the Flash IDE though – it comes in very handy for animation. We also like to use the Webtools, PDT and Subclipse plug-ins, so we can write all our AS, PHP and HTML code in the same editor environment. And obviously Illustrator and Photoshop are useful when actually creating designs. Yep, we know – all this tech talk has you excited. Us too.

We have access to Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium, so we can open lovely designs in AI, PSD or PDF formats. And we have testing facilities for all the current, major platforms and configurations. When we create something, we want to make sure it works for you and your clients.
