As you can see, Emma actually wears three hats. This is less about her having a millinery obsession and more about having the skills and experience to actually manage all three roles. As well as designing and developing emails, banners and other digital marketing, Emma looks after resourcing, coordinating training, meetings and managing Team Cooper.
